2. Children's privacy
Our stories are for children, but our website is for grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

- Technical data (IP address, browser/device type, basic usage logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
Card and payment details are collected directly by Paddle, not by us.

5. Retention
We keep order records as long as needed to provide your downloads and meet tax and legal requirements (typically up to 7 years). Account and newsletter data is kept until you delete your account or unsubscribe. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under US state laws and the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your data, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us via our Contact page; we respond within one month.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information is processed in the US. Where required, our providers use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, private file storage, and short-lived secure download links.
