All Ruby, Lulu & RoscAI: The Idea Lab products are digital downloadable PDFs. No physical item will be shipped. Your files are available immediately after purchase on the confirmation page and in My Library.

We want you and your little reader to love every story. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email from your receipt, or contact us through our Contact page and we'll help.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, download access for that order is turned off. Refunds go back to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card provider.
