1. Who we are
This website and the Ruby, Lulu & RoscAI: The Idea Lab stories (the "Service") are provided by Divine Curated Group, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy a product, you are contracting with Divine Curated Group, LLC.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase or create an account. Purchases are intended for parents, grandparents and other grown-ups.
3. Our products
We sell digital downloadable Read-Along story PDFs with Idea Lab activities for children ages 6–9. All products are digital only. No physical item will be shipped.
4. Licence
On purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, view and print your purchased files for personal, family or single-classroom use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload elsewhere, or claim the content as your own.
5. Accounts
Accounts are optional. If you create one, provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including:
- using it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law;
- fraud, spam, or fraudulent payments;
- infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property;
- interfering with security, introducing malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing download limits.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the Service and its content, including stories, illustrations, characters (Ruby, Lulu and RoscAI), software, documentation, and branding.
8. Payments, billing and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service or downloads for material breach of these Terms, non-payment or refunded/charged-back orders, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, unless your local consumer law provides otherwise.
